Procedure and conditions for registration of contracts for export of cotton (Tariff Codes 5201 and 5203) with effect from 1st October 2012.

 

 

The Government has notified the procedure and conditions for registration of contracts for export of cotton with effect from 1^st October 2012. 

As notified by the Government, the procedure for obtaining Registration Certificates (RCs) as stipulated in Notification No. 63 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated

4^th August 2011 and modified by Notification No. 74 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 12^th September 2011 will continue to apply. 

Copies of the Notification Nos. 17 (RE-2012)/2009-14 dated 1^st October 2012, 63 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 4^th August 2011 and 74 (RE-2010)/2009-14

dated 12^th September 2011 issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade are attached for the information of the members.
